Facial Recognition is currently in final stages of Beta testing with our users. As such you'll need to contact us directly if you want to access and enable the Facial Recognition integration. Once you granted special access the process is the same as most other integrations; add the integration at your Member page and then activate it for each Event where you'd like to use Facial Recognition.
Practically, Facial Recognition requires some form of contact details for the faces being found so you'll need to either upload information prior to the event, or use the ELEMENTICE™ Registration feature to have the event guests provide their contact information and a reference "selfie" which will allow our facial recognition to match the appropriate faces. You can also use the ELEMENTICE™ Messaging integration so that guests are notified by sms when their image gallery is ready for viewing (in real-time).
