If your image was uploaded to the wrong event you can reassign/move it to the correct event in the Console.
Reassigning the Event that an image is associated with
Occasionally you might find that you forgot to update the Event which your device was allocated to. It is possible to overwrite the Event association of images after they have reached the console. We call it the Reassign tool and It's accessible from the Admin Gallery. You can use it for a single image or a batch of up to 20 images, but it is not built for bulk movement of images so please do be careful to avoid situations where you have a lot of images in the wrong place. Always make sure to take a test session where you see the images go to the right place before you start photographing your Event proper.
First find the Event that the image is in, and then click on "Event Gallery" to access the Admin Gallery.
Moving one image to a different Event
In the main image preview window, under General, you will find the Event which the image was allocated to. You can click the Edit pencil at the end of the row to bring up a list of all your Events.
Click the Event you want to move this image to and then click Select at the bottom of the window to complete the action.
Moving multiple images to a different Event
Above the image list on the left side of the Admin Gallery is the "Batch" button. This gives access to numerous batch actions including moving a batch of images to a different Event.
Once you have clicked the batch button you'll be able to select multiple images. You can see how many you've selected at the top (next to the cancel button) as well as seeing a tick on the images which are selected. When you are ready, click the "Choose Action" button at the bottom.
From the list of actions, choose "Move Event".
You'll be shown a list of all of your Events. Click the Event you want to move this image to and then click Select at the bottom of the window to complete the action.
