Stripe is the payment processor which is used for all image sales through the ELEMENTICE™ Platform. You can set up your own Stripe account for free and connect it to your ELEMENTICE™ Member so that you can get paid daily and directly.
*There is a small fee per transaction. See here for more on fees & costs.
Below, we'll show you how to connect your ELEMENTICE™ account to Stripe, and how to configure your Events for guests to purchase unwatermarked, hi-res copies straight from their online gallery.
Part One - Set up Stripe integration (once only)
- Go to your member page by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the page and selecting Member from the options that appear.
- On the Member page you'll already be looking at the integrations section when you arrive. Click the New Integration button and select Stripe. This takes us to the Stripe login page. If you don’t already have a Stripe account, you can create an account here.
- To confirm, click the blue “Connect my Stripe account” button. When this has been followed correctly, you’ll be notified that the integration has been successful.
Part Two - Activate integration with your event (each event)
Go to the event page and scroll down to the Settings.
Change the Sales Provider from None to ELEMENTICE. Simply click the field and select ELEMENTICE from the drop down menu, click the green tick to confirm.
The field on the right has changed from an optional yes/no for Free High Res Images, to High Res Image Price. This is where you can set the sale price for each image. Input the price in cents e.g. If I want to sell an image for $5.00, I will type 500 into the field.
Part Three: Customers
When customers have opened their gallery, and have found an image they like, they must select the shopping cart icon at the bottom right of their screen. This adds that image to their shopping cart – they can add as many images as they’d like.
To finalise their purchase, they click the purple ‘Check out’ button at the bottom of the screen and they fill out their contact and payment information, confirm the purchase, and they’ll automatically receive an email with their selected images attached (and you'll get paid through Stripe).
