Your ELEMENTICE™ Devices come with a one year warranty from the date of purchase.
If you do have trouble with your ELEMENTICE™ device, please contact us directly via your support channel or on the live chat available throughout our websites. If we are unable to fix your problem and/or need you to send us your Device for further investigation and/or repairs, we will provide you with a postal address to send your device to (at your cost). When we are finished with your Device, we will post it back for free.
IF you would require a replacement device while yours is being assessed by our warranties team, please discuss this before sending your device to us.
