If you're sure you have charged the device, but the green ‘Power’ light on the Walker is not turning on when you press and hold the power button:
- Make sure you are holding down the button for 3 seconds
- Try a hard-reset
- It might be in Battery Protection mode
Holding down the button
In order to avoid a bump causing the Walker to power down, we've made it so that the power button needs to be held down for 3 seconds. If you are only pressing the button and releasing, it will not turn on. You need to hold the button down for longer, only let go of the power button once you see the power light illuminate.
Use a paperclip to press the hard-reset button on the Walker and try again.
Battery Protection Mode
If it still won’t power on, the battery may have entered protection mode due to a complete discharge. If the battery goes below 2%, it will need to be fully charged before all features start working again. Leave the device attached to a fast charger (recommended 2.4A) for at least 2hrs before trying again. If you are using an underpowered charger it will take longer. See here for more advice on looking after your battery.
