If the yellow ‘Console’ light on the Walker is still flashing and the device is not appearing as online in the ELEMENTICE™ Console, your 3G/4G connection is probably not strong enough to connect to the internet.
Move to a location with better mobile reception and allow it another 30 seconds to try connecting. You can also connect a Reader to view the 3G/4G signal strength. Remember that different carriers have different signal strengths in different places so might need to adjust for the carrier displayed on the Walker screen.
If it's still not connecting try rebooting the Walker and letting it connect from the better signal position.
If you need to work in an area with terrible 3G/4G connection you have two options:
You can turn off image uploads via 3G/4G in console (this will extend battery life significantly) and photograph the event as normal. Then enable 3G/4G uploads and leave the Walker turned on during the drive home. It should get better reception on during your drive and upload the images as you drive home. See here for more
If there is WiFi available, you can use wifi instead of 3G/4G to upload images. *You'll need to configure the WiFi setting before your Walker loses Console connection. See here for more
