If landscape images are receiving a portrait style watermark, or portrait images are receiving the landscape style watermarks there is something wrong with the orientation metadata on the image.
Make sure that the 'Image Rotation / Auto Rotate' setting on your Camera is enabled. This puts metadata in the images so that computers know whether it is landscape orientation or portrait orientation.
The watermark image files may have been mixed up when uploaded to the Branding/Watermark section in the Console. Double-check the Branding section of the Event page (and if using Device watermarks, also check the Device page 'Watermark' section).
If the orientation is okay, but watermark is still fitting the image wrong such as the watermark being stretched or squashed:
The watermark that was uploaded may be the wrong size. Either use the design template available for download under the branding section of the Event page, or make sure your design fits the exact measurements listed on the Branding section next to each title.
Your images may be a different ratio to normal. We normally expect images to be 3:2 ratio. Either change your camera settings to be 3:2 image ratio or you will need to contact us to ask about using a different ratio.
