To do that, we want offer you a direct support channel to the entire ELEMENTICE Team. Emails and phone calls have been great (and will continue to be options going forward), but we've found an even better way to do support is via SLACK.
If you haven't heard of Slack before, it's like the best parts of email, Facebook messenger and Zoom put together into one app designed for business.
Rather than playing phone tag or being a middle man trying to to find the right person to help, we'll create a special Slack channel just for you. Through that channel, you'll be able to directly message our entire team (including text, attachments, images, video and we can even do voice or video calls). You'll receive the fastest response from whoever you need.
Slack is the best tool for easily asking quick questions, keeping everybody on the same page and getting really quick results if you ever do need support.
We recommend downloading Slack to both your computer and your mobile; that's what we've done, it's good to have both so you can easily contact the team wherever you are.
