If you are taking photos, but the wrong watermark is appearing on the images in the Console/galleries:
- The Walker may be allocated to the wrong event.
The device may be sending the images to a different event, and therefore having the other event’s watermark applied to the images. Go to the Device’s page in the ELEMENTICE Console and check under Device Settings that Event is configured correctly. More instructions here: Assigning a Walker
- The event may have the wrong watermark configured.
In the ELEMENTICE Console, open the Event and double check the Branding section is configured correctly. More instructions here: Event Branding
- The event may be allowing a device specific watermark over-ride / not allowing it when you want it.
At the very bottom of the branding section is the option to ‘Allow Device Watermarks’...
If you want all the Walkers allocated to the Event to receive the same Watermark on their images. Set this to No. ‘No’ means that the Event Watermark settings will override any device specific watermarks. Ie. Whatever is set up in the event’s branding section, will be what is applied, regardless of the device setting.
If you wanted the Device watermark to override the Event Watermark, select Yes. ‘Yes’ means that a device allocated to this event can override the branding section with its own special watermark.
